I purchased one a few days ago, get “invalid access code”
I email customer service…get no response for 3 days, so I email back. Still no answer. I bought another thinking I would just exchange the toy out. Wrong, code still does not work. Tried calling on the phone, they just refer me to another email address to send.

I would never recommend this toy to anyone. My daughter is let down and there is nothing I can do.

I got the same “invalid code” response as other parents. I am not impressed. I would avoid this toy.

Site has major problems just logging in, finally got it all registared and now it freezes up and restarts by itself. I now have 3 kids who are very dissapointed they cant each play thier own pet. $30 wasted!!!

last night got on site once now it wont let me again trying all day today my daughter got two for christmas and 1 webkinz guess ill try that site it sounds better anyway what a disappointment for the little ones

ONLY the little yellow dog HAS an access code for the online world!!! I know, I bought three dogs, and only one of them had a little cardboard bone around his neck with the code. The online world only works sometimes and half of the places are under construction.
But, for a $10 toy, what do you expect?

We have the most awful time with this game. Our computer is fairly new but the website seems to drag and be unresponsive. Does anyone happen to know if I need some other kind of flashplayer or what not. Also, we purchased this particular toy almost 2 years ago and the amusement park has been under construction the entire time. Any ideas of when that will be opened for use???

We also bought a rescue pet and are getting the same error. I called the company and they said it should be fixed the first week of October. Well it's now the second week and my 9yr old daughter bought 3 weeks ago. She has not been able to play with it online yet, and she bought it with her own money that she worked so hard for, I bought her a WebKinz...at least their site works!

At least I'm not the only one having trouble with this stupid website. Does anyone know if we are able to get a refund. My daughter paid for her puppy with her own money - I don't think it's fair that this company is taking our kids money.

I found this thread while having a similar server problem with the Be-Bratz.com web site. At least you guys get an email address that works. help@be-bratz.com just bounces. If every pimply faced kid with $20 can put up a functioning social networking script, you'd think MGA Entertainment could get their website working for the BILLIONS they have collected from your kid and mine. I see a pattern developing here that leads me to one simply conclusion. Bratz has become too successful to be a good recreational alternative for our daughters. Go get yourself a webkinz.

I also have been getting the error message previously posted. I have tried to contact the company and keep getting the same message saying that they are working on fixing a problem with the site. We have had our "pet" since early Oct and my daughter is STILL not able to play with her birthday plresent! In my opinion the company ought to refund the amount paid so I can get her another Webkinz to add to her collection. Webkinz is a MUCH better company and we have not had any problems with them. (I honestly don't like anything to do with the Bratz company to start with, and this just re-enforces my opinion.) WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
