We own every expansion pack for The Sims 2 and our entire family plays it. You can design your own people. Move them into a pre-built house or build your own. You can get a job and try to climb up the career ladder. This game is always throwing surprises at you for example, your house can catch fire or get broken into, or family members can get sick or even die, you can get promoted in your job for doing a good job or be fired for always arriving late. You decide if your Sim lies around al day and develops a beer gut or exercises every day and gets in shape. Also you can develop skills in many different areas for example at first everything that you cook is a burnt and nasty but if you keep practicing you can become quite the little chef. I could go on for hours but this game is so cheap you really just need to try it for yourself. You won't regret it because it's a blast.

This product is vastly superior to The Sims 1. There is almost too much you can do.

I'm a hardcore fan of the Sims. For first-time users, a game that includes the original, one other expansion pack, and an items pack, is going to be loads of extra fun. The controls are easy to master, and the possibilities are endless. It's an addicting game that will really let you show your creative streak, and maybe even teach you a few things about yourself that you didn't know before. ;)

Ive played this game before and i absolutely LOVE IT... no doubts about that...

I was just gonna buy it as a gift for someone and i was wondering if this DELUXE edition includes the original SIMS 2 CD for installation because as u know, u always need the original one in order to install the expansion packs on it later on...
So plz, if there's anyone that can help me, ill be MORE than happy :)
