Nickelodeon’s Online Playground “Nicktropolis” Review

Nicktopolis is a virtual entertainment playground for kids that allows them to watch videos from Nickelodeons library of programming, play games, interact with Nicktoon characters and safely communicate with each other through controlled chat by either using a series of Nick-supplied phrases or their own words, as long as they fall within a Nick-safe dictionary. Unfortunately Nicktropolis lacks in presentation, features, usability and gameplay compared to other children online gaming sites such as Disney’s ToonTown or Club Penguin. At least it’s free…

   this is just a weak atempt to try to beat disneys club penguin or toon town this is a horrible game u cant even tell who ur talking to most of the time

   I’ve never been so disappointed with Nickelodeon. This game is one of the most boring games I’ve ever played. The graphics on your character are very poorly put together, and it’s very hard to see.
   I personally didn’t find anything fun in this game.

   I will give it a 2/10.
   At least they have safe chat. :)

   I agree. Except for the last part. They went overboard with safe chat. Its not like anyone chats anymore. Graphics stink, Sprites Stink, and effort stinks.
   Worst MMORPG i have ever played ever since it closed and reopened. Right now i rate it 1/10
   If it was back then 5/10
   Also happens to be the first MMORPG i have ever played…

   this site is ok it can be kinda boring at times but now they added mini games you can play and i like the site a little
